A 4 week course that introduces you to the practice of being present. We will try to pay attention to the present moment without preference!  Sounds simple but yet is extremely challenging. This short course is designed for complete beginners or those with an existing practice that want to deepen their understanding. 

Each hour session will start with around 15 minutes of discussion and explanation.  The rest of the time will be spent in practice.  In between the weekly sessions students will be encouraged to practice at home.

The aim is that participants will get a taste of the benefits of meditation and will leave with enhanced concentration, calmness and more knowledge about the technique, the effects and why we should do it.  Feeling inspired to continue their own explorations of meditation.
